Bf4, help! Using the Lt buttons in Xbox.

Control is not broken. But it cannot aim, can't even use the LT buttons in general.
The LT buttons works on every game I play like COD or some other title but when I play BF 4 they don't work.
And yes the aiming is at default.

Are you playing on Xbox360 or on Xbox One and are you using an official Xbox controller?

If you area playing on Xbox 360, please try the following workaround: 

To get sure that no corrupt data causing your issue, you should clear your cache:

1. From the dashboard, click on My Xbox.
2. Select System Settings.
3. Select Storage.
4. Highlight Hard Drive Device.
5. Press Y to select Device Options, then Clear System Cache.
6. Reboot your console.

Redownload the updates for the game. NOTE: Not all games have a Title Update File.

1. From the Dashboard, click on My Xbox.
2. Select System Settings.
3. Select Storage.
4. Select Hard Drive Device by pressing A.
5. Select Games and Apps.
6. Select Game Title.
7. Delete Title Update File.
8. Restart Game.
9. Download the update when prompted.

I got the same issue and I have followed ur steps but it was useless , so please can you find me another way to resolve this dilemma
