Bf4 bilingual account?

So I bought a Russian version of BF4 back in December.  Had a bad computer couldn't run it. Now I got a new PC unit games runs flawless but I'm having a hard time with the Russian version of the game. I know Russian well but all my computer stuff was always in English so I'm having a hard time. 

My Question is if I get a English version of the game can I use my Russian version account or have to start all over?

Are you going to create a new Origin account and buy an English version of the game or buy English version on the same account on which you have RU version?

Buy on same origin account.

In that case your current version will be replaced to the EN version. Multiplayer progress will be saved as it's located on the EA servers.
