Being reset

I got to level 30 I've unlocked a lot of things and set up my load outs but every time I go in a game now my level is oo and my load outs are reset back to when you first play the game . Why is this happening when there is a 2xp promo I have tried around 15 games all with the same result and reset my xbox countless times it seems every week there is something new that's going wrong. Please explain

I have exactly the same problem.  So does Bavershock.

I spoke to the EA Rep and they told me I have to start again as I am not a premium member......but I am.

For everyone having this problem:

Ignore the rank which the server shows. Instead go on battlelog and check your rank from there.

The cause is the servers, which are under strain and have bugs and network problems. You'll just have to wait until its sorted out or try new or different servers.
