Hi wood like to kow why i got ban on Battlelog?

I did sen an email to you on the accountdisputes@ea.com

but i got no response 2 weeks,

So now I am posting it here.

 

 The email i send

 

  • First Name & Last Name: Manne Sjödin
  • Game/Product Name: Battlelog
  • Persona Name: Apoteka
  • Where your game or product was purchased: Origin "Order Number:1261917452" "Order Date 2013-10-30"
  • Banned or Suspended: Banned 
  • Error/Notification Message received (if any): You have been banned from Battlelog. If you believe this was done in error, please contact Customer Services.
  • Details of your dispute: I dont kow why or how i got Banned from Battlelog and i want to kow why i got banned. And if possible 2 get unbanned.

Sorry no idea how long it takes but by what you posted see last part of my post plz...

Answers HQ cannot handle bans. They don't have access to your account - They can't look into any specific cases. All anyone can do in here is link to your options.

 


For anyone who got this on Battlelog..."You have been banned from Battlelog. If you believe this was done in error, please contact Customer Services". Then please do this...

Follow the Steps to contacting an EA Game Adviser to fix this :

1 Click here to go to the EA contact page. http://help.ea.com/en/

Note: Top left pick your Country :]

2 Select your game and platform, Then click next.
3 Select a topic and write about your problem.
4 Click next and select your preferred contact method.
5 Ask for a callback if you can as it is fast when I used it.
