Battlelog info fetch issue

I keep getting kicked by an admin with the reason "Battlelog info fetch issue" I have been looking all day for a fix and don't know what to do

@Mythinxx what kind of network set up do you have?

Make sure that any connections with Origin and Battlelog is not stopped by Anti virus or firewall.

Try opening ports for BF4.

PC:
TCP Ports- 80, 443, 9988, 17502, 20000-20100, 22990, 42127
UDP Ports- 3659, 14000-14016, 22990-23006, 25200-25300

@Mythinxx try starting the game from https://battlelog.battlefield.com/bf4/ and when you get kicked an error code will show up.

That is the error code that would show up when I would get kicked I was told to use Battlelog by a friend and would still have this issue

Hey guys. It’s a bit late but maybe others will find this useful. I couldn’t join any servers due to the battle log fetch issue. But I found a solid solution. Log into battlelog.battlefield.com and go to soldiers. From their select the account associated with pc. I had this issue only because I played on different platforms back in the day and the other soldiers were set to active. I hope this helps future players!

Yes this worked for me when I was having this issue on PC, the battlelog still had my xbox 360 profile saved as active. I changed it to PC and it worked.
