Battlelog Soldier change

I Can`t change my soldier in Battlelog.

When i look on the Downloads it always says that i first have to buy "normal Battlefield",

but i had the game for the ps3 and now i bought it for the ps4...

1 month ago it worked, but now it doensn`t...

If it tells you to buy the game, Contact EA support @playerkt0us7hr And explain the problem to them.

it doenst says that i have to buy the game, but i can only click on save..
