Hey @K0Ib0,

You mention you've flushed your DNS, and "a lot of things". Could you provide me with a bit more detail as to what other things you've tried, so I can offer some additional steps? If you haven't already, I'd recommend unplugging your modem for about 60 seconds, then plugging it back in to reset it. This can often times help with connection issues such as this.

Dns flush
Cleared the browser cache
Reseted the hostfile in Windows
Reinstalled the Origin( now Origin can't connect to the internet)
Router/modem restarted reseted
Widows firewall checked
Cleaned and fixed with CCleaner

Thanks for providing the steps you've taken.

I would recommend forwarding the ports listed in the following article: http://help.ea.com/en/article/opening-tcp-or-udp-ports-for-connection-issues/

Hey @K0Ib0,

Sure, feel free to send me a picture, if that would best help explain the issue you've run into.

If you could follow this link and scroll down until "Test your network connection from a PC", and follow the instructions to perform a UO trace, this will help us determine if there is an issue with your ISP preventing you from connecting to these services.

are you trying this?

run cmd as Admin and

type the following commands, pressing Enter after each command:

    netsh int ip reset reset.txt

    netsh winsock reset

    netsh advfirewall reset

then restart your PC
