I'm on XBOX S, I can't play multi-player games. Gives error code 1 everything. Please help

It's needed for playing online games.

@44ScHwArTzY89 do mean series s or xbox 1 s, and do you have the gamepass, sadly travis they ended the og gold and switched it to game pass which is lame

@PacNbowls i know they changed some things up but i's the most well known name description for players since it was called that way for some time.

Either way he needs some sort of online support subscription, whatever Xbox calls it now. No matter if he is on XboxOne S or Xbox Series S.

@Its_Travis_199 hopefully they figure out how to get that subscription so they can play online. microsoft came out a month ago and now switched it to game pass, which i dont know why they dont have both for gold users and the other for people that want the free games.

Seems at September 14, 2023 they switch it to so called "Game Pass Core".

So in case you don't have a subscription like this on your account, this is probably why you can't play any multiplayer games. @44ScHwArTzY89

Yes I do. I've unlinked my EA account and linked it to my Xbox. I'm gonna try and Uninstall and reinstall. Miss this game game alot

@44ScHwArTzY89 also try to restart your router before you reinstall the game, might be faster. Or try after if you already reinstalled and it didn't work.

@Its_Travis_199 So I looked on my xbox, they have two gamepass to choose, 10.00 for free games etc, the one priced at 15 give you xbox live and everything, also the 15 dollar one says online play.
