It most be the newest version its 12:24 and i update windows again
You still have Windows build 17134 in the latest DxDiag. The latest version is 18362.
Can you unplug your webcam before launching the game and run BF4 as administrator? (Right-click on the desktop shortcut to select Run as Administrator)
