Battlefield 4 won’t connect to EA servers but Battlefield 1 connects perfect

I’ve tried all these also. Parental stuff and everything. My son bought it on the ps4, the premium edition that is supposed to come with ALL the expansions and he can only play campaign. I downloaded it on my ps5 from his ps name and play it on my ps name no problem. It won’t let him connect to EA servers but it lets me connect just fine. So tell me how much sense that makes?
