I play on my Xbox one X, I bought the game right around when it came out. So I’ve played the game before and for a long while. I deleted the game to make some space because I didn’t have much room for more games and the other day I downloaded it again. I have premium and every dlc and weapon shortcut downloaded too. When I go to play the game it takes me to the still image right before loading to the main screen, and boots me back to the Xbox Home Screen. I’ve tried clearing game data, clearing cache and persistent cache, reinstalling the game 2 times, buying EA play to see if it would run then, I’ve hard rested multiplie times, even factory reset but with the option where you keep your games and apps. And to top it off I've contacted both the EA and Xbox support with no solution offered fixing the issue. Please help
