Battlefield 4 premium not working xb1

I have premium for years now, for some reason though now it won't let me play any of the expansions and saying I need to pay to download them to use them even though they are already downloaded to my Xbox?

Same thing with the premium membership its asking i pay for it again. Please help.

Ok. I'd like you to contact Xbox support. They'll need to let you know why it's not showing as being purchased. That all goes through their systems so it's not something we have visibility of. Everything on our ends looks like you have Premium.

Did you also download the premium pass from the Xbox store?

Yes as shown in the picture I provided you can see it is installed, along with all of the expansion sets.  On the main menu along with my battlelog when I log in it shows I am using premium battlefield even though it won't let me use any of the premium features.

Can you try deleting the Premium Pass off your console and download it again?

It won't let me, its saying i need to pay 39$ again to download it. I have it all installed already, but it's acting like I dont.

Can you try downloading it through xbox.com? You should be able to queue it there for your console.

Are you absolutely positive you're signed into the account that purchased the game?

Yes its the only account that I've ever had
