@noderyashluk I had that same issue with Battlefield 3 and this is the solution that corrected the issue for me:
1. Uninstall Battlefield 3 in Steam
2. Hold the Windows key + R.
3. In the command box that opens, type %ProgramData%/Origin then click OK.
4. Go into LocalContent folder and delete Battlefield 4's folder
5. Navigate to This Pc /Local Disk (C
/Program Files (x86)/Steam/steamapps/common and delete the Battlefield 3 folder (your location may be different if you didn't use the default installation location)
6. Restart your PC
7. Install Battlefield 4 on Steam. Hit Play in Steam to finalize Installation
8. Join a server via Battlelog while Steam and Origin are both running.
This is an alternative solution from another user on Steam that may work:
Go to C:\ProgramData\Electronic Arts\EA Services\License and delete the file/s there then start the game. The game will create new ones and then it will work. This happens every time there's a windows update
