Battlefield 4 premium multiplayer maps

I expect the standard version of battlefield 4 to come with some standard maps for multiplayer (like the battlefield 3) and you will have to buy the 4 expansion packs (each 4 maps for multiplayer) sepreatly. So will i get the standard maps for bf4 multiplayer in battlefield 4 premium too.
Will i have to buy the standard version of bf4 in order to play the multiplayer with the premium bf4 or will i be able to play multiplayer directly from battlefield 4 premium?

If i understand correct bf4 base maps will be so far known "Battlefield 4 Siege of Shanghai" and "Battlefield 4 Paracel Storm" premium package will be different maps, so you will need to buy premium to get premium maps
