Battlefield 4 premium download

Purchased it and payment cleared about 2 hours ago and still dont have game in my "My Games" menue even after refrash . plz advice

Have you tried completly restarting Origin? I know you said refresh, but I mean completly restarting the client (loggining in/logging off)?

If you have done these things, I would open a live chat with an Origin Rep to make sure that all the premium entitlements have processed on your account.

Hi,

as Premium is not a game it does not show up in "My Games".

To see Premium in you client, right click BF4 and choose

"show game details". Then scroll down to expansion.

Be aware, in some cases it might take some time before it

show up in your client.
