Battlefield 4 not opening on pc

Everytime I try to launch BF4 i get this error message:

Specs:

AMD 5600XT GPU

Intel Core i7

16gb ram

1tb ssd

[sk1lld]

Go to documents>battlefield>settings find PROFSAVE_profile open with notepad and change mantle to 0.

This will turn off mantle.
