Battlefield 4 infinite loading screen on Xbox one

Days ago I got the game, I installed it and while it was installing I played campaign, no problem, but the next day it had finished, and I tried to play, I created an origin account online and the xbox asked me to do a new one on the game, ok, after that, it froze, I turned it off, I started the game and I now can't go further than the loading screen, what can I do???
