Hey guys,

if the game stops working after a Windows Update, as @IIPrest0nII suggested you might wanna try:

- temporarily deactivating Firewall / Antivirus software

- delete the folder: C:\ProgramData\Electronic Arts\EA Services\License\

- run Origin and the game as Admin

@dandie11 Hello,

Can you please try to repair the game via Origin client ? Have you tried to turn off your Antivirus and Windows Firewall with Windows Defender and run Origin as Administrator? This also can help you.

Please attach your DxDiag file to your message

Thanks!

So, do you have this issue even if your Antivirus, Windows Defender and Windows Firewall are disabled? Can you please check this again?

If that doesn't help, please try the following:
