Battlefield 4 disappeared from origin please help

I was playing bf4 earlier today then went to work and when I came back battlefield 4 is no longer listed in my origin "My games" I'm logged into my account, and have "all games" selected and I've also checked hidden. Please help

Okay I would recommend to get in contact with one of our Game Advisor. They can check your account for entitlements and investigate what might went wrong. Please keep in mind that they will need some of your private information for their verification process.
