Battlefield 4 data transfer from PS3 to PS4 not working?

I just got my PS4 and wanted to transfer my Battlefield 4 data from the PS3 to the PS4. But when I launched the game for the first time on the new system, I didn't get a prompt to transfer my data at all. Instead, I was asked to create an EA security question and then I was brought into the main menu of the game. How do I transfer my data?

As I was told by a moderator about a week and a half ago they Have removed stat transfer a year or two ago. Stat transfer includes progress data so unfortunately your out of luck on that front. Have to start your progress over.
