Battlefield 4 crashing ! when join a server !

everything were fine (no crashing no lags ) until last month.

i updated Battlefield 4 to the newest version and suddenly its says :

your game didnt start proparly

restart origin...repair game .... restart PC

and i did all of that and i re-installed the game !

nothing works

please answar and respon :D

idk why because bf4 CTE working perfect (also bf3)

Try updating your graphics card - or even still, go to where your BF4 folder sits - so for mine it's Program Files (x86) > Origin Games > Battlefield 4.

Then go further into _Installer > directx > redist > DXSETUP - this'll reinstall some DirectX - I had an issue for a few days where I couldn't join a single server, I tried phoning them up, no luck, tried here, no luck - then on one server attempt, it mentioned I got kicked because I was missing a DLL, so upon research, I found where it was - which is what I mentioned above, and it now works.

Hello,

1. Repair game in Origin (Click on BF4 with right mouse button , select "Repair game") 

2. Go to origin settings

3. Click overlay or origin in games tab

4. Disable overlay or origin in game

5. Run the game

Are you using a x64 System?

Try to Change your Game Settings to x86.

Rightclick on your Game in Origin, select Game Properties and then change it to x86.

I don't know why, i tried it by accident ;D but it worked for me

i remember that i played very well until level 28 and then the game started crashing...

Are you on PC?

I too have this problem, but quite ironically, I still let the game load and it opens me to the battlefield just fine.

Try doing that, leave it to load.

HeroBrain2002 when you un installed the game did you kill the folder in my documents? BF4 folder in my documents holds game configs and screen shots even if BF4 is installed on different drive. When you uninstall BF4 it does NOT remove this folder. So when you install the game again you can still have the same issues.
I hope this helps you.
1- Go to my Documents and remove BF4 folder place it on your Desktop or trash.
2- Be warned you do have to set up your in game settings again.
3-Repair BF4
4- When done go test your game.
