Battlefield 4 crashes and give me a DirectX error

I've never had this issue before today. I meet the requirments to play Battlefield 4, so I have no idea why I'm getting this error or how to fix. I've taken a screenshot of the error message I get when the game crashes right when the level loads.

I've tried various fixes including reinstalling my graphics card driver, reinstalling DirectX, reparing Battlefield 4's game files, and using different internet browsers, but no luck. If anyone could help me solve this issue, I would really appreciate it. Thanks. I've also listed my PC specs below if needed.

Ive been playing BATTLEFIELD 4 in my PC for a year, one day when i tried to play the game, it says that I need to Download it (I dont know why i need to download), but when i click the download, Error messages appears like this : AN UNEXPECTED ERROR HAS OCCURED, PLEASE TRY AGAIN IN A FEW MOMENTS ERROR; -4:302

i tried to click the download for almost thousand times, same error message appears,

i did reinstall the game, still the same error message.

i did send report to ORIGIN but it seems no one cares about it.

please help me

Have you tried to reinstall Origin client ? Here you can download latest version: https://www.origin.com/usa/en-us/store/download
