Battlefield 4 capped at 100

My Game used to run at 300+ Fps , now it is capped at 100 PFS , V-Sync is off and there is no MaxFps option in the Config file , Gametime.MaxVariableFps 0 does nothing aswell , any suggestions ?

mine is capped at 200

Tried updating GPU drivers @georgfranko

The game havent had a patch in years so its not that.
