Battlefield 4 Steam Problem

its showing anytime when i start the game in Steam (this : The game Battlefield 4™ Premium Edition does not appear to be installed. Please install it or try relaunching the game. )

I have the same error. Even when i try to launch it via Battlelog. It says 

YOU NEED TO INSTALL OR PATCH THE GAME BEFORE PLAYING.
