Battlefield 4: Single Player Campaign Progress Not Saving (2020)

So I reinstalled bf4 on my Xbox one after years of not playing it. After playing multiplayer,I decided to try the campaign again since I never finished it because you know. Anyways I got pretty far into it and then got out to play some rocket league. When I went back to play it lost my progression... Again. It's there still no fix? I reset my console and still nothing. Also BF3 was so much more fun.

It's been happening to me too (PS4).

What i was doing after i finish playing the story i backup my save file and i upload it after i want to play. 

I don't know its happening to other people.

I am playing BF4 Standard Edition on PC.  I am a new player, no previous experience with the game.

After leaving the game and logging back into the game,  I am presented with a new campaign.  Starting over from the music and having to shoot out the window to save the squad from drowning.  

Helpful information would be very much appreciated.
