Battlefield 4 Premium membership

i have bf4 on xbox 360 and on xbox one, i play both with different friends, if i buy premium for 360 will i have to buy again for xbox one? even though I have already transferred my bf stats?

I am not a console user anymore but if you look up premium for Xbox 360, the following line is included:

"Owners of Battlefield 4™ Premium for Xbox 360 will also get Premium access on Xbox One."
