Battlefield 4 Preload date not showing.

Hi, my Battlefield 4 in my origin is, 1. Saying i havnt bought premium, which i have. and 2. The preload date for the game hasnt shown up yet and still says "not yet released", but most other people are getting a date above that saying when they can preload. 

Can you fix this please?

So now what?, Origin failed and theres nothing we can do about it?

Im in the same situation... Preorder and payed by paypal in June for BF4. No product key received and so no information when preload will be available..

And already informed EA support if in 24 hours this is not fixed and i dont have my product key my order will be canceled and i will want my money back.

Same here too. Preordered the Standard edition in June and paid by PayPal. The order doesn't show in my order history either, unlike my Premium order (paid by card) which does. Have spoken to two EA reps who said everything looks fine on their end :/

I know right, they are basically stating that we cant preload and that we should just shut it....
