If the solution is to login to another game, what game do I have to download or buy to get this to work?  I have COD 3 and multiplayer works fine there.

Just got on today and when I load up it says can’t connect but before it says that a window pops up really quick saying “it’s been a while since you’ve logged in etc….” Then goes away and says can’t connect

@Its_Travis_199Launching BF1 on PS4 solved the issue. It brought up the TOA which I signed and BF4 then worked. I didn't even need to download and play BF1. Thanks for this!
