Battlefield 4 PC - Technical Issue with Video Settings

Everytime i do a transfer search on fut 15 companion app it says error due to poor wifi signal connectivity regardless if im connected to wifi or not please help I've installed again cleared data an cache it's really annoying as this is the second major problem I've had with ea beyond poor servers
