Battlefield 4 Origin don't see that am own it

So its look like i get Battlefield 4 Premium - witch supposed to have all Basic Version and DLC right?
But i can't see it and install it via origin.
Even if it shows that i own it and cant buy it , its looks like bugged ownership of a basic game, as i play trail version first.
looks like expansions are detected properly.
Oh and that premium was giveaway or something.

Ok i use the chat to make it faster, sadly they say i have only BF4 Premium service
(not sure about that , as he have issues to specifity thats are two versions of it , and there was mention that base game was add to the premium later on. so even if there was 2 diffrent versions of premium there are one now)
and the support delete that i use trial version so i can buy the base game now.
Bit sad that i don't have that base game but still good it fixed.

Best thing you can do is contact EA support and they will be able help you resolve this.

Tossing the contact options in here for others to see. Let us know what happens from your interaction. It sounds like it could be an entitlement issue on your account where the expired trial version is taking precedent over your owned version.

I do i ticket nr 85313321 i choose Origin Lack of Content. here https://help.ea.com/pl/ but we have a weekend so i guess i need to wait bit longer.
(its odd that this site is somehow seprate from faq and other ea anserws thats why i have trouble to find it)
