I am using PC and it's not solved

Love FPS games and just bought Battlefield 4 Premium on PS4. Sadly on the 3rd Mission to the Titan I go through a door, after trapped sailors are shot and end up falling through the deck and then just keep falling. Money is tight and I just want to pass some time due to being self isolating due to the Covid-19 outbreak.

Any idea on fixes???
