Battlefield 4 - Error:2000 [ Edited ]

I keep getting error 2000 ( Cant connect to EA server)  

Pease advise how to fix this? 

Also note all servers have a extremely low ping level. 

Console: Xbox Series S with Game Pass. 

Internet connection: 30mb Fibre uncapped.
