Battlefield 4 China Rising help

Hello. I got the Battlefield 4, who includes China Rising Expansion pack. I'm playing on the ps3. I was happy when i got it, i downloaded the game, and played one match and i havent installed the Expansion pack yet. After my first match i wanted to install it. I exited Battlefield 3 went into PSN Store, got down to redeem codes and whrited that it. It said i had got the Expasion pack, but it didn't download. And now i can't find it at all! And it issn't downloaded... I really need help!

if you did not buy premium its not available to you until december 17th

Emm... No, i didn't get permium... so i have to wait untill 17th Desember, and it will download?
