So I bought the MOH just for the Beta and now everyone that has Premium gets access to the Beta? Where do I get  a refund? If you purchased MOH do you get some exclusive content?

No, you won't get a refund for your game.

When it was announced that those that purchased Medal of Honor Warfighter LE would get access to the BF4 Beta, it was stated that this would not be the only way.

Now that BF4 pre-orders have started, other ways to gain access to the Beta have been announced. Keep an eye on the Battlelog News section for more details.

This exact thing happened with the BF3 beta.... not sure why you bought MOH when everyone knew there would be other ways of getting in to the beta
