Battlefield 4 2020 Emblem still isn't working

I've tried every possible thing I can think of, I've heard that the Battlefield Companion app had something to do with it, so I tried fixing my emblem on there, tried deleting the old emblem, tried deleting my platoon from battlefield 1, and yet I'm stuck with this old emblem that doesn't even properly exist anymore, please how can I fix this? I'd be okay with it if the emblem I had was cool but it looks like crap and its all over my everything!!!
