Battlefield 1 multiplayer progress problem

I have been playing on the multiplayer for several hours after just buying the game and left to check my statistics in the 'Soilder' tab, when I looked to my stats there was none at all. It was as if I hadn't ever played or levelled up, however in game I was level 7 when looking on the scoreboard.

At the moment Battlefield 1 has issues with servers.  Don't worry, these issues will be fixed soon.
