Battle Field 4 performance issue

Battlefield has been lagging and has been having continuous lag spikes for the past couple months. This is getting ridiculous, EA. You need to either fix your game, or refund it to those having the issues, or else you're going to attain a horrible reputation; by me, by the people I know that are also having these issues, and the entire gaming community. The company is starting to go downhill, as I have seen the gaming community on the fence about buying your games, due to these lazy and unprofessional errors. Fix it.
