Battelog/UI shows a wrong player count

I join a server that according to Battlelog (and the UI as well) is full, however when I join the server, it's empty.

is there any way to actually see the true number of players on a server, I tried the "view full server page", yet that doesn't work for me.

Also tried BetterBattelog with the Show True Players, however that doesn't work since it crashes my browser.

What can I do? Will there be any fix by Dice/EA?

To my knowledge, It's not a bug. The problem is caused by admins of some servers faking the playercounts of their servers to make them look full so that people would join. Not much can be done about that.

On how to spot it: I recommend going to Battlelog, opening server details and checking player list at the bottom. It will show the real number of players.

The problem is not a new. Dice/EA just don't give a (removed profanity)

You can try "better battlelog" (chrome extension) but for me it doesn't work

Is there a way to report this practice or contact the ADMIN of the server?  This morning, the entire list is showing these false player counts.  It's taking forever to find a server that is actually reporting the correct player count...

There is a chrome extension that shows the real player count it's called Battlelog BF4 Player Count Checker. It's the only solution that works.

You must take responsibility to fix the UI client, Because battlelog triggers such an attack, you are obligated to resolve this issue.

I hope people find your comment when googling the problem. I tried to play for ages, all of it god damn spoofed. The addon is doing god's work. Thanks, dude. I can finally enjoy some BF4 again.

To solve this issue I do not enter the game via Origin, but enter it via the Battlelog in a Google Chrome web browser=

1. I first downloaded and allowed installation of the Google Chrome add-on "Battlelog BF4 Player Count Checker" (I found it ny searching it on Google).
2. I then restarted my computer (automatically updates/resets BF4 and Google Chrome).
3. Now (and from now on) I open the Battlelog page in Google Chrome = Goto "battlelog.battlefield.com/bf4/" and login using your EA login/password.
4. I entered my filter under "Search for servers" and the list immediately showed which servers were spoofed and the true number of players.
5. Select a server and press "Join server" to play it.

IMPORTANT: Do not have Origin or the game running already, the command "Join server" above starts the game.
