BF4 won't start, just goes back to Origin - Long time user

Been playing BF4 since it came out, have had it through at least 2 different PC's and have dealt with several small issues along the way. This one has me stumped. Started about a week ago, where I could play a session, but if I left and came back later, this problem would occur and be fixed by a reboot. Now it's happening all the time. The problem - when I try to open BF4 it hourglasses for a few seconds, then the hourglass disappears and the mouse focus goes back to Origin. The game won't open at all. I'm using W10.
Here's what I've tried so far:

I've set Origin and the two BF4 executables to Run as Administrator
I've repaired the files.
I've cleared the cache as per this "https://help.ea.com/en/help/faq/clear-cache-to-fix-problems-with-your-games/"
Updated to latest NVidia drivers
A DX Diag is attached. Can someone please help?
