BF4 transfer stats box never showed up! [ Edited ]

So I purchased an Xbox 1
And uploaded BF4. When I entered the game
I was never prompted to transfer my 360 BF4 stats and guns over. EA just told me in pretty much SOL. Anyone else had this problem and was able to fix it??

I uninstalled the game and reinstalled it but haven't checked yet to see if I'll get that prompt.

This is an ongoing issue that DICE is aware of.  They are working on a fix for it, but there is no ETA on the release of the fix.  We will be sure to keep you all updated on this issue.

So do I just not play BF4 on my xbone? Or do I just rank up my self meaninglessly? This is a poopy situation. I had like 250 hours of play all down the drain. It was also one of the main reasons I REpurchased BF4 for the Xbox one.

Yes I know, it is a very frustrating situation, but DICE is trying to fix it.  I would recommend not playing on the Xbone right now, as progressing may cause issues later if / when they do fix it.  I would hold tight and just play on your 360 for now until a fix goes live.

So I don't know what happened but I logged into my
Xbox 360 to see if my email or anything was different from what I had one my xbone. It was not. I turned it off and went onto my xbone. Put in battlefield. Signed into my live account while in the game and when it loaded i went into soldier and the prompt magically popped up.

I said yes and received all my stuff.
I know this doesn't really help anyone but my problem is solved.

Really?  You were able to get the prompt?  Can you tell me EXACTLY what you did, step by step?  Such as if you logged into BF4 on your 360, then when you started up your Xbone did you start the game first then sign into your profile?  You may have accidentally found a temporary fix.
