BF4 stuck on battlelog

I am running win8 64bit   i installed the game and clicked on play,  battlelog starts then i clicl on play now,   Download and install plugin messages comes up so i click on DOWNLOAD PLUGIN once it is installes i click continue and the DOWNLOAD PLUGIN message comes back and it loops like this without ever starting.

Hi syncmaster70,

If you go to the Add/Remove Programs in your Control Panel, do you see the Battlelog Plugin? 

If so, try removing this and then trying to install it again. It may also be worth trying a different browser.
