Hello, I have preo-order BF4 and recieved my promo code to ge tthe bf4 dog tags, when I enter the code I get the following message "Your complete pre-order bonus redemption code is required.", I have been entering it and still nothing

I have an when I click on the talk to an advisor it brings me to the same page over and over again with a bunch of soulutions and no where to actually  talk to someone, do you have a link for the contact us page
