I have an XBOX 360 and I’m trying to play Battlefield 4 online. I have XBOX Live Gold. I have an EA account. I confirmed the EA account is linked to my XBOX account. I’ve tried for hours to find a game online, all it does is show no servers found (now it finds two, both of which are titled Don’t Join or Get Banned and have no players), and Quick Match sends me to a game by myself and no one ever joins. Talked to xbox support and they had no idea how to fix it. They gave me a phone number for EA, called it, automated message said to come to this website then it ended the call. How do I play BF4 online?? Thank you

Hi @sfleuriet
I don't know if the Xbox360 version of BF4 is less popular at this time anyway than the newer XboxOne version.
But make sure your filter settings in the server browser are correct chosen to show most possible things.
Basically at first you can try to remove all check marks on anything in all categories of your server browser filter.
Because if nothing has a check mark, the browser looks for everything.

@sfleuriet for example i can leave you a YT link here to a short tutorial i found: https://youtu.be/i6lI8Jf-3Ys?si=9BVJeoTmA3ukz-SR
In case you still can't find anything, try to remove all check marks and search again so it also shows all regions ect.

Thank you for your replies. I've tried numerous combinations of the checkboxes - all checkboxes, no checkboxes, some checkboxes. No change. I also cannot connect to Battlelog - it presents an error message saying it could not connect. I reached EA customer support on the live chat online, and the rep said there is a problem affecting many people, no timeframe, but rest assured they are diligently working on a resolution. I am not sure I believe that... it felt like an attempt to just get rid of me with no resolution.
I haven't played an XBOX game online in about 10 years so much of this is new territory for me.. I could very well be doing something wrong.. but I can't believe how much trouble this has been. Is anyone else playing Battlefield 4 online with a XBOX 360 currently to confirm it is even possible?? Thank you

Should "Quick Match" be working for me? I have tried about a dozen times, and every time it connects me to a game by myself and no other player ever joins. It sits at the screen saying 1/4 players, waiting for other players.

I finally found one server with players in it. Does this mean the game is just very unpopular today?

@sfleuriet on the 360 version maybe, yes.
If you really can barely find any servers no matter what settings of the browser, then it's most likely that.

Most likely people who come back to BF4 again after some time will come back to the XboxOne version.
