BF4 Xbox 1 platton tags

..... I have the clan tag under my name in the menu but when I load into a game it's not on the end of my name and when I go to battlefeild I'm also unable to select a soldier to apply the tags to..... How would I fix this?? And yes I linked it to the same account this morning.
