Hello. I have 2 kind of server. ( server hosting : I3D, Gameservers [in japan])

I don't know other contry situation. But in Asia BF4 Server state is terrible.
In my server has a Ping limit in 200, and miss ping user also auto kick.
But, 2 kind of server has so much lag (rubber banding in 3sec)
after Oct/2 patch, Server state went to trash.
In My server running time go 1 hours, we can feel so much rubber banding in 3sec
Before Patch, I dont feel any rubber banding in game.
I already try to solve this problem with I3D, Gameservers manager.
But. I can't sovle it. They just say me, Please wait a another patch or change server.
I also tried to change server equipment so much time. and chang host from i3d, gameservers. But , I cant solve it.
How to play in no lag stats.
Can you tell me some solution?! or some advandce?!.
Now I already tried to everything. I think, Dice problem. Not server host problem.
Because almost asia sever admin feel this problem.
Please solve this problem.
