BF4 Punkbuster

Battlefield 4 punkbuster kick. I need some help fixing my punkbuster, I keep getting kicked from servers right after I join.
After running PBSVC and doing the test I get this:

I have searched the Internet for hours on end to try to find a fix but I cant get anything to work.

I am new to both Battefield and Origins Access.  I am trying to play BF 4 online, but everytime I join a game, I am booted after just a couple minutes with the message: "You were kicked by Punkbuster."  How do I get past this?
