BF4 Possible to Lower Ping to not get kicked in servers

Hello, is it possible to lower my ping so that I can play with my wife who's across the world right now? They are averaging 50-60 ping but I am over 200. Are there servers with no ping cap or ways to lower it without getting kicked?
