Make sure you post necessary informations there too, like...

- your platform 

- your region (time you usually play)

- your gamer tag 

- what phantom dogtags you have already,  to match requirements for the elevator.

Besides that, if you only want the bow and don't care about the assignments and dogtags for it. You can also pick up the bow for free in a crate on the map "operation outbreak". Look up location via Youtube.
