BF4 [PC] Multiplayer Progress lost

Hey guys. I used to play BF4 around release of the DLC and had quite a high level character with pretty much most of the unlocks.

I installed the game again now years later with EA Access Vault and I don't have any of my unlocks or progress. What can I do to remedy this?
