The solution of drivers for me is no.
Same here, I immediately installed the Realtek drivers on install.

Got no response from the other two.
I wonder if this is a BF4 problem, or an AMD problem. Or a mixture.
I think I'd be much less frustrated if we'd hear back from somebody that they're working on it. I know there's a client patch coming soon, but we have no idea if they're even addressing it.
Seems to be a mixture of both. AMD have stated they know about the issue and it's their number one bug to solve. Which is apparently coming in a patch in early December. Kind of a slow reaction time, but then I guess it's a pretty annoying bug to fix...
BTW For those looking for a temporary fix for Win 8.1 users:
I run the game with Compatibility mode enabled for Win 8 as well as the "Disable display scaling on high DPI settings" checked.
Haven't had a leak since I did that. Just played for around 2hrs straight, though I have 120hrs racked up with the last 20 or so with those settings and no memory leaks.

I asked Vincent0K if the memory leak is being investigated by DICE and if there is any comment:
Not at the moment since I don't know how it's tracking internally yet.

Unfortuantely, that does nothing for me. Hopefully others will have better luck.

Seems to be AMD driver problem. 13.11 beta v9 have memory leak problem. Driver 13.9 have other problems, but it frees memory, when new map starts.
